The Kroo App was excellent but due a property purchase I needed to liquidate this as some other savings accounts. Then my year end tax declaration hove into sight and with my account finished I sweated. However Kroos support team were brilliant and within a day or so I had my statement of interest paid. Great bank app great easy access and great interest rates

It's nice and easy to use and I can save in an ISA as well as set up single pots for various options, my favourite pot is made is for birthdays and christmas making sure I have enough for presents etc. I get notified any time a payment goes in to or out of my account helping me keep track of payments.

Very easy to set up my accounts. Competitive interest rates. Regularly kept informed about accounts changes and offers. Not had any issues to date to warrant contact with the bank. So far, so good 👍🏾

Not a lot to say. I had an account for 1 year Is like any other online banking account But simple and easy to use with zero problems What more could you ask for these days.

It's so easy to use and clear. I really like the way it gets money from my HSBC account when I wish to pay into Kroo ... and then transfer to an ISA.
